What you can do

Open a folder (CD/USB), a .zip, a DICOMDIR or individual .dcm files.
Window/level with presets, pan, zoom, scroll/cine through slices.
Measurements: length, angle, ROI (rectangle/ellipse), arrows and text.
Advanced rendering: MPR, MIP, 3D, PET/CT fusion and study comparison.
Multi-panel layouts (1×1, 1×2, 2×2) with synchronized scrolling.
A real library folder on your computer to keep studies, with free-form tags you can filter by.
A clean presentation mode for teaching and projecting.
Install it as an app (PWA) and use it offline.
