An Enterprise-only feature that records a narrated video of the exam straight from presentation mode. The video shows the pure image and everything you do to it — window/level, zoom, pan, slice scroll, measurements, arrows, ROIs and the teaching pointer — with no patient identifiers and no UI buttons. The capture only ever draws the image and your markers; the control bar and patient data are never in frame.
How to record
Enter presentation mode and open the exam you want to explain.
In the top-left control bar, tap the record button (video-camera icon).
Choose Anonymize (nothing identifying appears) or Identify (patient data shows for a few seconds at the start, then fades).
Tap Start recording. Doomina asks for the microphone for your narration; if you deny it, recording continues without audio.
Narrate and manipulate the image as usual — it all appears in the video in real time. You can pause/resume and stop any time (10-minute cap).
On stop you get a preview. Play it to check, then download the file (or discard and re-record).
Anonymize or identify
The choice controls how patient data appears in the video:
Anonymize — no identification is ever drawn. Use for teaching and outreach.
Identify — a header with patient, exam, modality and date shows for the first seconds, then fades. Use for second opinions and reports.
When you choose Identify, the video carries sensitive data — Doomina warns you and reinforces that you are solely responsible for the content and for whoever you share it with.
Watermark
Every video carries the Doomina watermark (logo + mascot) in the bottom corner, helping promote the platform whenever you share the material.
Where the file lives
The video is always saved locally on your device (download). As an Enterprise user you can also save it to your private cloud to reach it from other devices and, if you want, generate a link to send to colleagues or students. Cloud videos are private; the link only works while you keep it active and can be revoked at any time. For identified videos, a responsibility warning is shown before the link is created.
Good practice
Prefer anonymize whenever the goal is teaching or outreach.
On iPhone/PWA, some browsers limit the format and microphone — if audio is missing, record from the desktop app/browser.
Don't share links to identified videos on public channels.
